Hello, Vibrant Reader!
A wonderful Thanksgiving was had by all--a perfect turkey, cheerful moods, and even "The Incredibles" on high-def TV. What fun!
I've been continually impressed with the effects of the Holosync program by Bill Harris and the Centerpointe Institute. I've been doing it now for about five months, and it has truly been a revelation. This past week, I became interested in the idea of what has been happening by combining the Holosync meditation system with the StemEnhance formula from StemTech.
The power in Holosync is in "re-wiring" the brain with new neural pathways:
Holosync solves the problem of unconsciously creating what you do not want by making changes in the brain. Holosync causes the creation of new neural pathways between different parts of the brain, particularly between the left and right hemispheres. These increased neural connections cause you to see relationships and connections you did not see before, allowing you to increasingly see and experience the infinite ways that you are connected to everything else.
This new way of seeing things is sometimes referred to as expanded awareness. One benefit of this expanded awareness is that you become increasingly conscious of how your internal map of reality creates your experience and results in life.
As you become more aware of who you are and how you create whatever happens, you finally see (often for the first time), how the choices you make, and the results you get (even if it's all generated unconsciously and automatically), come from something in you-not from external circumstances. Bill Harris, Centerpointe
The power in StemTech is that it stimulates the bone marrow to release extra stem cells to do the work of repair and rejuvenation in the body. My idea is that because Holosync is causing the creation of new neural pathways in the brain, the needed stem cells to create these new neuronal pathways would be much more available. Not only that, but by increasing my general awareness, there is more and better direction of the stem cells to conditions in the body that need them.
I've come to believe that physical conditions I've had that the unconsciousness or denial about them may have been blocking their healing. And that by becoming aware of these conditions, the body also becomes aware of them, and can direct new stem cells to resolve those conditions.
Whether or not this has ever been scientifically confirmed, I don't know, but it makes sense to me. I'd be very interested in hearing your opinions about this, as I think merging these technologies could be a major breakthrough.
Until next week...

7 Instant Mood Boosters...
Some 3 million Americans have a mild form of depression called dysthymia. Recent research suggests that they may benefit more from lifestyle changes than from medication. So, too, will the vast majority of folks who suffer occasional doldrums. The best remedies for mild sadness? Happy actions, not happy pills.
- Set your body in motion. Getting active for 30 minutes a day five days a week can alleviate chronic sadness as effectively as antidepressants, according to a 2005 study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine.
- Turn on the tunes. Researchers also found that listening to music is the second-most-effective way-after exercise-to lift a bad mood.
- Know thyself. When you're down in the dumps, your first impulse might be to reach for a candy bar or a cold beer rather than your sneakers. But you're likely to feel even more drained, and probably guilty, later.
- Take a breathing break. For 10 minutes, focus on the flow moving in and out of your lungs. The idea is to reduce your breathing rate, heart rate, blood pressure-and tension.
- Wake up without an alarm. Maintain a regular sleep schedule, and try to make evenings as relaxing as possible-free of caffeine, work-related E-mail, and heavy-duty workouts.
- Eat fish oil. Fatty fish like tuna, mackerel, salmon, and herring are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which some studies suggest may protect against depression.
- Talk it out. Having a strong network of family and friends to lean on can be crucial to processing anguished feelings. You might also benefit from talking to a professional. >>> MORE
Candice Covington in India
Our resident aromatherapist, Candice Covington, and her husband, Charles, are in India in search of exotic essential oils for new formulas to be released soon. She reports from Bangalore: "We took an evening safari in Nagarhole hoping to find the tigers that make that area their home, and to finish gathering the energy needed to make a vibrational essence. Although we found no tigers in the flesh, we saw his message very loud and clear, as we found his giant claw marks dug deep into a large tree. This marked the boundaries of his territory. This also marked the beginning of our lesson in Nagarhole: the importance of respecting boundaries..." >>>> MORE
Time Out for Thanksgiving
Our resident Life Coach and Synergy Specialist, Charly Emery, explores what happens psychologically during the holidays, and how taking a break to give thanks can be a daily activity, as we sit down to any meal: "I hope you will create time to put yourself on standby, perhaps at the dining table while you enjoy your meal. In the process of manifesting the life you dream of, your every day actions affect what you attract to yourself. If you are visualizing an abundant life, yet you cannot make time to appreciate and get pleasure from what you already have, it may be harder to attract what you want." ... >>>> MORE

This book is a logical, no-nonsense evaluation of the current medical approaches that overlook digestive enzymes as an ultimate solution.
